Ayodeji O. Badaki, Founder and CEO
Ayodeji is an attorney with extensive experience with legal research and project management. Prior to founding MTB Legal, Ayodeji served as Projects and Research Officer with the Legal Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) were he was responsible for overseeing research and legal projects in the areas of tax, corporate law and financial regulation in countries across the globe. Ayodeji earned a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he was an Editor for the Law Forum and a Student Tax Attorney with the University of Baltimore Tax Law Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ayodeji worked as a Staff Accountant. Ayodeji is currently pursuing an LLM degree from Georgetown University Law Center which he expects to complete in December of 2010.
Toba Owonubi, Co-Founder
Toba brings a wealth of Tax and business experience to MTB Legal. Toba will receive his LLM in Tax degree and Certificate in Estate Planning from the University of Baltimore School Of Law in June 2010. Prior to joining MTB Legal, Toba worked with a CPA firm on Tax compliance, reporting and controversy matters.
